Dated the   15^TH day  of  FEBRUARY,  2019.

ORDER

                   The matter has been settled in Lok Adalat.  As per settlement, Mr.Manoj Marchpal, Authorised Representative of complainant has received a Cheque of Rs.2,30,000/- from the authorized agent of the OP, against receipt, towards full & final payment of the claim.  He also appended a note on the first page of complaint with regard to withdrawal of the present complaint as settled, subject to realization of the cheque. 

                        In this view of the matter, the present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being settled.  However, it is made clear that in case the cheque of OP is dishonoured, then they shall be liable to pay the cheque amount along with interest @18% per annum from the date of this order till realization.

                        Certified copy of this be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
