ORDER

                    The matter has been amicably settled between the parties.  According to the settlement, the OP will pay Rs.55,000/- to the complainant within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.  The OP will also process the refund of Visa Processing Fee of the complainant and make the refund of Visa Processing Fee to the complainant forthwith, after the receipt of the same from the concerned High Commission.  However, if the complainant will not be satisfied with the refund case of his Visa Processing Fee against the OP, he shall be at liberty to file a separate complaint.

                        In this view of the matter, the complaint stands disposed of with directions to the OP to pay Rs.55,000/- to the complainant within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which the OP shall also be liable to pay another amount of Rs.20,000/- to the complainant.  The OP is also directed to promptly initiate the refund case of Visa Processing Fee of the complainant and make the payment thereof immediately on receipt of the same from the concerned High Commission.  However, if the complainant will not be satisfied with the refund case of his Visa Processing Fee against the OP, he shall be at liberty to file a separate complaint.

                        Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
