1.         Worldwide Immigration Consultancy Services Ltd., Head Office A-12, Indl. Area Phase VI, Mohali, through its Managing Director Sh.B.S.Sandhu.

2.         Worldwide Immigration Consultancy Services Ltd., SCO No.2415-16, Sector 22-C, Chandigarh 160022, through its Branch Manager Sh.Deepak Kochhar.

Present:           Sh.Vivek Mohan Sharma, Advocate for Complainant.

                        Sh.Raman Walia, Advocate for OPs.

 

Dated, the 24th day of December, 2010.

                                                            ORDER

1.                     This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. Efforts were made to settle the matter, which stood fructified and the parties have settled the dispute. Statement given by counsel for the parties is reproduced as under:-               

            “Statement of Sh.Raman Walia, Advocate for OPs.

 

The matter has been settled between the parties. As per the settlement, the OPs will pay an amount of Rs.6500/- to the complainant towards final settlement, within one week of the receipt of copy of the order.

 

Statement of Sh.Vivek Mohan Sharma, Advocate for Complainant.

I accept the above statement given by Sh.Raman Walia, Advocate for OPs. After receiving the payment of Rs.6500/- from the OPs, the complainant would have no further claim against the OP Company.  At this stage, I withdraw the present complaint with liberty to revive the same in case the OP fails to make the payment of Rs.6500/- as stated above.”

 

2.                     The respective parties shall remain bound by their statements.

3.                     Keeping in view the above, since the complainant has withdrawn the present complaint with liberty to revive the same in case the OP fails to make the payment, the same is allowed and the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

4.                     Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
