ORDER

     The parties have settled the matter. Counsel for OPs has handed over a cheque of Rs.65000/-, bearing cheque No.278252 dated 06.07.2017, to the complainant in his favour towards full and final settlement of this complaint, which the complainant has received and he withdraws this complaint, subject to encashment of cheque. Statements of both the parties to that effect have been recorded separately. Photocopy of cheque is taken on record. Consequently, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to encashment of said cheque.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
