ORDER

The counsel for the OPs has handed over a cheque of Rs.1,80,000/- to the counsel for the complainant, which has been duly received.  Copy thereof is retained on file.   In addition to the above amount the counsel for the OPs is ready to pay Rs.30,000/- towards compensation to the complainant towards full and final settlement of the case. The counsel for the complainant is agreed to the offer of the OPs.  As such he has appended  a note on the complaint itself that he withdraws the complaint in view of the settlement.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs shall pay a sum of Rs.30,000/- to the complainant within 6 weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, failing which the OPs shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
