ORDER

This case was earlier reserved for order. Since there were certain queries therefore, both the parties were issued notice for clarification.  Today both the parties have amicably settled the matter. As per settlement the authorized agent of the  OPs has handed over a cheque of Rs.2.00 lac  to the complainant, which has been duly received by her. Copy retained on file. In this view of the matter the complainant has appended a note on the complaint that she withdraws the same being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
