ORDER

 

 With the efforts of the Lok Adalat the parties have amicably settled the matter. As per settlement the authorized agent of the OPs has handed over two post dated cheques totaling to Rs..6,10,000/- of 18.2.2019 and 8.3.2019, which have been duly received by the counsel for the complainant, towards full and final settlement of the case.

                        Both the parties have appended their respective notes on the complaint itself regarding the settlement arrived at between the parties and the counsel for the complainant also appended note that he withdraws the complaint.

                        In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. However,  in case the aforesaid post dated cheques are not honoured on presentation then the OPs shall be liable to pay additional amount of Rs.10,000/- on each cheque as penalty to the complainant and  the complainant would have liberty to file execution application as per law.  

                        Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
