                    File taken up today on the application filed by the complainant that compromise has been effected and he wants to withdraw the present complaint. Sh.Madan Gopal, complainant suffered statement that he has received amount of RS.480000/- through 4 cheques bearing No.399533 dt.23.9.2021 for Rs.125000/-, cheque bearing No.399532 dt.23.7.2021 for Rs.100000/-, cheque bearing No.399534 dt.23.10.2021 for Rs.125000/-, cheque bearing No.399535 dt.23.11.2021 for Rs.130000/- from the opposite party toward full and final settlement of my claim.     As such, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room.
