ORDER

                   Sh. Amit Kumar, Authorized Agent for the OPs has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “The OPs offer to pay a sum of Rs.5,55,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today in full and final settlement of the dispute”.

                   Sh. T.S. Chauhan, counsel for the complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “I accept the offer.   I withdraw this complaint”.

                   In view of the above, it is ordered that the OPs shall pay a sum of Rs.5,55,000/- to the complainant within 30 days from today i.e.31.08.2016, failing which the OPs shall pay the same amount alongwith interest @18% p.a. from the date of this order till the payment is made. ­Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
