 Service is complete.

                   Sh. Raman Walia, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents by submitting his Power of Attorney, which is taken on record.

                   At the time of hearing, the matter has amicably been settled between the parties. It is stated by Counsel for the respondents that towards full and final settlement of all claims raised by the appellant/complainant, the respondents/Opposite Parties shall pay an amount of Rs.50,000/- to the appellant/complainant within four weeks from today through cheque/demand draft.  The cheque/demand draft will be handed over to the Counsel for the appellant/complainant within the abovesaid period. The offer made is acceptable by Counsel for the appellant/complainant.

                   In view of above, this appeal has become infructuous and disposed of accordingly.

                   Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties, free of charge
