Complainant in person alongwith Sh.Krishan Lal, Counsel for Complainant. Sh.Amit Kumar, Senior Legal Executive for Opposite Party(OP).

ORDER
Heard. The matter has amicably been settled between the parties. Statement of complainant alongwith his counsel and that of senior legal executive of OP recorded and placed on file alongwith photocopy of post dated cheque of Rs.1,12,000/- handed over to complainant by OP today. In view of this, the present consumer complaint stands disposed off being settled subject to realization of cheque. Statement of the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and parties shall be bound by their statement. It is made clear that in the event of any default including dishonouring of cheque, the complainant shall be at liberty to get the due amount realized by filing an execution application.       Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.

Statement of Sh.Amit Kumar s/o Sh.Vinod Kumar, Senior Legal Executive for OP.

 

 

The matter has amicably been settled. As per settlement arrived at, OP shall pay a total sum of Rs.4,00,000/- to the complainant towards full and final settlement. Out of Rs.4,00,000/-, post dated cheque bearing No.109381 dated 15.12.2018 amounting to Rs.1,12,000/- in the name of complainant has been handed over to the complainant. The balance amount of Rs.2,88,000/- shall be paid to the complainant on 01.12.2018. I undertake that commitment made shall be honoured. In the event of any default including dishonoring of cheque, the complainant shall be at liberty to get the due amount realized by filing execution application.
