                   Learned counsel for the complainant has received a cheuqe of Rs.95000/- from the learned counsel for the OPs.

                   Sh. P.S. Sarna, counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the first page of the complaint that he withdraws this complaint being satisfied on the basis of compromise.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of the cheque.
