ORDER

     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. Counsel for complainant has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and the OP has given three post dated cheques for a total amount of Rs.2,60,000/- to the complainant towards full and final payment. Counsel for complainant has stated that he withdraws the present consumer complaint subject to realization of cheques. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of cheques. However, it is made clear that in case any of the cheque given to the complainant by the OP is not encashed, then the OP shall pay extra Rs.15,000/- to the complainant and the complainant shall also be at liberty to file an execution.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
