ORDER

          With the efforts of Lok Adalat the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.   As per settlement the Ops are ready to pay to the complainant Rs.1,95,000/-  by way of post dated cheque  dated 21.2.2019 towards full and final settlement of all dues. The counsel for the complainant has accepted the offer of the counsel for the OPs and wants to withdraw the complaint. Both the parties have appended their respective notes on the complaint itself regarding the compromise.   

                        In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.   However, in case the aforesaid cheque is not honoured on  presentation, then the Ops shall pay additional amount of Rs.20,000/-  and the complainant would be at liberty to avail the remedy available to him under the provision of law. Accordingly the complaint stands disposed off.

                        Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
