Statement of Mrs.Neeraj, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant recorded that the matter has been compromised between the parties and he has received a Cheque bearing No.112476 dated 10.05.2019 for Rs.60,000/- drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. in favour of Gobind Singh, Complainant from the Opposite Parties in full and final settlement of claim of the complainant. As such, she does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised, subject to realisation of the above said Cheque.

In view of the statement suffered by Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised, subject to realisation of the above said Cheque. File be consigned to the record room.
