     Sh.Ajay Kumar, Legal Executive for OPs has handed over a cheque bearing No.096493 dated 23.01.2018 for Rs.50,000/- to Sh.Varun Bhardwaj, Counsel for Complainant, who recorded his statement on the last order sheet withdrawing the instant complaint being fully satisfied. Photocopy of cheque is taken on record. Consequently, instant complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.  

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
