ORDER

     The parties have settled the matter. In addition to the amount of Rs.3,51,000/- already made to the complainant, Sh.Amit Kumar, Senior Legal Executive for OP No.1 to 3 & 5 has handed over a cheque of Rs.55,000/-, bearing cheque No.278444 dated 12.07.2017 in favour of complainant, to the counsel for complainant towards full and final settlement of this complaint, which Sh.Ashok Kumar Sharma, Counsel for Complainant alongwith Sh.Manjeet Singh, Father of Complainant has received and withdrawn this complaint being compromised between the parties, subject to encashment of cheque. Statements of both the parties to that effect have been recorded separately. Photocopy of cheque is taken on record. Consequently, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to encashment of said cheque.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
