Service is complete.

                        Sh. Raman Walia, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents by submitting his Power of Attorney, which is taken on record.

                        At the time of arguments, the matter has amicably been settled.

                        Counsel for the respondents states that towards full and final settlement of all claims raised by the appellant/complainant, the respondents/Opposite Parties will pay an amount of Rs.50,000/- to the appellant/complainant through demand draft on or before 31.10.2017.

                        Counsel for the appellant/complainant is happy with the proposal made.

                        In view of above settlement, this appeal stands disposed of.

                        It is made clear that in case the amount is not so paid, then the amount of Rs.50,000/- will start getting interest @10% p.a. (simple) till such time it is not paid.

                        Certified copies of the order be sent to the parties free of charge.
