ORDER

     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. The representative of OPs has stated that the OPs are ready to make payment of Rs.2,10,000/- to the complainants by way of three post dated cheques, i.e. cheque dated 17.03.2022 for an amount of Rs.50,000/-, cheque dated 17.06.2022 for an amount of Rs.80,000/- and cheque dated 17.07.2022 for an amount of Rs.80,000/-, towards full and final settlement of the present complaint and the said cheques will be handed over to the counsel for complainants today during the course of the day. Counsel for complainants agrees to the same and withdraws the present consumer complaint subject to realization of cheques. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of cheques. However, it is made clear that in case any of the cheques, as stated by representative of OPs, is not encashed, then the OPs shall pay Rs.20,000/- as penalty to the complainants.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
