The parties have amicably settled the matter for a total sum of Rs.4 lakhs to be paid to the complainant by the OP in full and final settlement of the case .In terms of last order, counsel for Op has brought four cheques of Rs 1 lakh each in the name of complainant, the first cheque is dated 25.5.2023 and the remaining three cheques of Rs 1 lakh each are of June, July and August, 2023 .However, Counsel for the OP points out that though the complaint has been filed by Mr Shibu Ganguly but the transactions in this case were entered into by complainant's wife Smt. Bipasha Ganguly with the OP.He therefore, states that it will be appropriate if Ms Bipasha Ganguly gives an NOC by way of affidavit in favour of the complainant to the effect that she has no objection if the amount of 4,00,000/ in terms of full and final settlement of the case is paid to her husband Mr. Shibu Ganguli/ Complainant in this case

The complainant has find the requisite NDC from his wife Mrs Bipasha Ganguly by way of affidavit on record. The four cheques issued in the name of Mr. Shibu Ganguly have been handed over to him in Court with due acknowledgement. Accordingly the matter is disposed off as settled. File be congned to record room.
