ORDER

     Sh.Raman Walia, Advocate, has filed power of attorney on behalf of OPs/Accused.

     Heard. Counsel for complainant wants to make statement. As per statement, recorded separately, he has received cheque in the name of complainant of Rs.2,42,900/-from counsel for OPs/Accused in compliance with the order of this Forum dated 15.04.2009 passed in consumer complaint No.1122 of 2008. Photocopy of cheque retained. Counsel for complainant has also expressed no objection if the already deposited amount of Rs.80,000/- with the Hon'ble State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, U.T., Chandigarh, is released in favour of OPs with interest. Per statement, this execution application/complaint for commission of offence under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, is dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied and it will have a impact of acquittal of accused persons of the offence under Section 27 ibid.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
