     The parties have compromised before the Lok Adalat. Statements of Sh.Manoj Verma, Complainant in person alongwith Sh.Ashish Naik, Counsel for Complainant and Sh.Amit Kumar, Senior Legal Executive for OPs, have been recorded, in view of which this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn, subject to realization of cheque in question. The statements made by the parties before the Lok Adalat shall be deemed to be a part of this order and the same shall be binding on both the parties.  

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
