ORDER
In compliance with the undertaking made on the previous date i.e. 30.05.2019, the representative of OPs has handed over a post dated cheque of an amount of Rs.1,25,000/- to the counsel for complainant. Parties want to make statement. Statement of Sh.Amit Kumar, Senior Legal Executive of OPs and that of Sh.Palvinder Singh Sarna, Counsel for Complainant have been recorded, in view of which the present consumer complaint is disposed off being settled. Statement of the parties recorded today shall form a part of this order and shall be binding on both the parties. It is made clear that in case the cheque given to the complainant by OPs is not cleared, photocopy of which has been taken on record, and amount is not paid to the complainant by OP as agreed upon, this order shall be treated as executable decree and the complainant shall be at liberty to get the same executed by filing an execution.      Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.

Statement of Sh.Amit Kumar s/o Sh.Vinod Kumar, aged 35 years, Senior Legal Executive of OPs.

 

 

In compliance with the undertaking made on 30.05.2019, a post dated cheque bearing No.114065 dated 15.07.2019 of the denomination of Rs.1,25,000/- drawn on Axis Bank Ltd. in favour of complainant has been handed over to the counsel for complainant today, towards full & final settlement in this consumer complaint. In case, the aforesaid cheque on its presentation gets dishonoured, the OPs shall also pay penalty by way of interest @ 12% p.a. on the amount of dishonoured cheque from today i.e. 06.06.2019 till realization of payment. The complainant has agreed to the same. Appropriate order may be passed.
