                   In view of separate joint statement of S/Shri Prem Chetan Sharma complainant and Deepak advocate for opposite parties of even date, the opposite parties are directed to pay a sum of Rs.35,000/-(Rs. Thirty five thousands) to the complainant within 30 days from today as full and final settlement of the complaint. In default of payment in time opposite parties shall be liable to pay interest @ 9% per annum from today till actual realization of the amount.

                   Copy of order be given dasti and file be consigned to record.
