Both parties filed attendance through their counsel and complainant himself present in this forum the learned counsel of complainant filed a petition and pray for disposal of the case acceding… to the petition because both parties have already been done the complainant out this forum due to intervenes.The learned counsel of O.P has no abjection it the said case has been disposed of according to the petition of the complainant.

On perusal of the record it appears that during the time of argument on the basis of suggestion given by good will gesture both parties are agree to disposed of the dispute between the parties and at last after sowing their dispute of the Partiers the complainant filed the said petition today and complainant wants to withdraw this case.

Under circumstances and discussed above this case is here by dismissed without discussion of the merit of this case according to the petition in fully satisfaction of the complainant and the said petition date 13/08/2018 is also a part and parcel of this order.
