ORDER

     One Sh.Vikas Verma has appeared as Area Sales Manager of OPs. However, no authority letter filed. He has filed reply on behalf of OPs.

     At this stage, complainant wants to make statement. Recorded and placed on file. Per statement of complainant, the matter has been settled between the parties and he has received Rs.3357/- in cash from Sh.Vikas Verma, Area Sales Manager of OPs as full and final settlement in this consumer complaint and hence complainant does not want to pursue this consumer complaint further. In view of the statement made by the complainant, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
