Complainant absent.  This is a complaint filed through E-Dhakil by the complainant against the opposite party for the deficiency in service.  When the case came up for consideration today it is seen that that the complainant filed a memo stating that  refunded full amount by the opposite party and he is not willing to further proceed with the complaint. Hence the complaint is disposed as settled.
