Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Gagan Taneja, complainant in person.

                Ms. Seema Bhardwaj, counsel for the OPs.

                 

                Today the case is fixed for filing the written version as well as for compromise, if any.

                At this stage, learned counsel for the OPs has suffered a separate statement to the effect that matter has been compromise between the parties and as per the compromise, complainant can get any other product of the Rs.3521/- till 31^st March, 2023 from the OPs.

                   On the other hand, complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that, he withdraws the present complaint.

             In view of statement of learned counsel for both the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Both the parties would be governed by the statement made by their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
