Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019

          Today the case is fixed for appearance of OP. At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the Complainant made a separate statement on the instructions of the Complainant that the Complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint; hence, she withdraws the same on behalf of the Complainant.

           Heard.  In view of the statement made by the Ld. Counsel for the Complainant, the present Complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
