Today is fixed for taking steps by the complainant.

But the complainant’s mother files an affidavit duly shown in by the complainant. The affidavit states that the complainant is not willing to proceed with the case and that the case should be disposed of as withdrawn. None appears on behalf of the OPs to oppose the prayer. Such being the position we think that it is a fit case to pass an order for dismissal.

Hence it is ordered that the case be and the same is disposed of as withdrawn.

Let a plain copy be given to the parties free of cost as per CPR.
