State Commission, by the impugned order, has referred the matter to the J.J. Hospital, Mumbai whereas the petitioner wanted the matter to be referred to AIIMS, New Delhi or Armed Forces Medical College, Pune or Ashwini Hospital, Colaba, Mumbai, to which the respondent did not agree. 

J.J. Hospital, Mumbai is a very famous hospital.  Allegation that the respondent would be able to influence the doctors therein seems to be unfounded. We do not find any basis on which such a wild allegation is made.  No ground for interference is made out.  Dismissed.
