          Complainant and his Counsel are remaining absent in spite of notice published on the Notice Board of this Commission, the Bar and on Internet as well as by way of abundant precaution intimation sent twice by post on 06/08/2011 and 08/02/2012.  Mr.L. B. Nair, Advocate present for opponent.  Hence, we pass the following order :-

1.       Complaint stands dismissed for default.

2.       No order as to costs.

3.       Copies of the order be furnished to the parties.
