        Mr.K.Kameswara Rao representing the petitioner, Mr.Joshi stated that a regular sale deed has been executed between the parties i.e. Narne Estates Pvt. Ltd., and others and Gp Capt.Prahlad Joshi and the same was registered before the Joint Sub Registrar, Bibinagar vide document No.2748/2014.  In those circumstances, particularly taking the fact into consideration that the sale deed has been registered in favour of the petitioner i.e. Mr.P.Joshi and as the petitioner/complainant addressed a Letter of Authority to Mr.Karnati Kameswara Rao, authorizing him to receive the sale deed on his behalf, the grievance for which he approached the District Forum has been resolved. In our considered view, this Transfer Application as well as the E.A.No.51/2009 in C.C.No.492/2008 which is pending before the District Forum-III, Hyderabad  can be closed.

        Accordingly this transfer application is closed and E.A.No.51/2009 in C.C.No.492/2008 pending before the District Forum-III, Hyderabad is also closed.  There shall be no order as to costs.
