Order Passed

A compromise application has been filed by both the parties, wherein prayer was made that the consumer complaint may kindly be decided in the light of terms and conditions mentioned in the compromise application.

The complainant has been identified by Sh. Yogesh Sethi, Advocate and the authorize representative of opposite parties has been identified by Sh. S.K. Srivastava, Advocate.

The consumer complaint is disposed of, as per compromise application moved jointly by both the parties. The compromise application shall form part of the order.  No order as to costs.
