Present complaint has been filed against the O.P. alleging deficiency in service by neither visiting his house nor making evaluation of his old A.C. under the exchange offer rebate for which was to be given by the O.P. but the complainant has not been able to show any document of granting rebate in respect to the old A.C. Hence, the complainant has not been able to satisfy the Commission about the deficiency from the part of the O.P. Hence, finding no prima facie case against the O.P. Hence, the complaint is dismissed.
