         File taken up today as quorum is complete. On the last edate of hearing i.e.on 1.9.2021, Sh. Pardeep Mahajan, Adv.counsel for the complainant suffered statement that complainant wants to withdraw the present complaint due to certain technical defects with permission to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical defects. As such, on the instructions of the complainant, he withdrew the present complaint. Consequently, in view of the above statement, present complaint is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn. However, complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the technical defects File be consigned to the record room.
