Heard the complainant and perused the document on record.

The machine in question was purchased on 6.9.09, but no condonation of delay petition has been filed by complainant for filing the instant case in the year 2015. Complainant has alleged that a new problem started with the machine in the year 2014. We have seen from the record as annex-C that complainant has acknowledged with thanks the replacement of power control board free of cost in regard to settlement of his complaint dt.17.1.14 and he has mentioned that he was fully satisfied and withdrew the complaint. The aforesaid letter dt.30.1.14 addressed to Whirlpool India Ltd. informing them that he withdrew the complaint with full satisfaction. So, we find no latches on the part of o.ps. and as such, the case is rejected.
