ORDER

Parties filed hazira through Advocate. Heard the Advocate for the OP on his petition Dt.21/08/2009. The Advocate for the Complainant was absent at the time of hearing on the petition and objection Dt.04/09/2009. The petition and the objection there to taken up for consideration. The copy of the bill filed reveals the same to be a commercial in nature. This being so, is hit by the provisions of Section 2(d) of C.P. Act. Hence complaint dismissed.
