Final Order

None is present on behalf of the complainant.  Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant. No show cause is forthcoming. No step is taken by the complainant. Record reveals that on earlier date i.e. 27.06.2018 the complainant remain absent. This case is fixed for adducing evidence since 23.03.2018. On 23.03.2018 the complainant took adjournment. Next date was given for adducing evidence on 27.06.2018 though the O.Ps were present. But the complainant remains absent. The Ld. Advocate for the complainant submitted that the complainant did not bother to contact with his Ld. Advocate for prolonged period and for this reason the Ld. Advocate is not in a position to take any step. Today also the complainant remains absent without taking any step. Therefore, under this situation, we have no option but to dismiss the complaint for default.

Hence it is ordered that C.C. No. 15/2017 is hereby dismissed for default.

Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the CPR, 2005.
