ORDER

Smt. Sukla Sengupta-President.

The complainant files a petition of the complainant with a prayer to admit the case. During admission hearing Ld. Advocate for the complainant admitted that the complainant has caused theft of electricity and enjoyed the same for which he was convicted and paid fine as imposed upon him by the proper court.

Thereafter, he file this application against the OP/WBSEDCL with a payer to restore the electric

service connection in the Consumer ID of the complainant. It is also admitted by the Ld. Advocate for the complainant that still his enjoying his electricity in this connection.

So, on careful consideration of the facts and circumstances of this case. This Commission do not find any reason to admit the case because a wrong dower cannot get the legal seal in support of his misdeed.

Hence, the same is not admitted and the petition of complaint is dismissed.

            Hence, it is,

                        Ordered,

                                    that the instant Case No. 95/2022 be and the same is dismissed.

Copy of this order be supplied to the parties each at free of cost.
