            Today is fixed for filing written version by the O.Ps.  At this stage the petitioner files a petition praying for withdrawal of this case.  The petitioner submits that he filed this case as he was not get electricity from the O.P. No.1 & 2 and for objection of O.P. 3 & 4, Landlord of the premises.  But after filing this case the complainant has already received the electric connection in his rented premises and therefore, he is not interested to proceed with this case further. 

            The prayer of the complainant is considered and allowed, though the O.P. No.3 & 4 raises objection to this issue.   Since the complainant is not interested to proceed with this case further we find no reason to disallow the prayer of the petitioner.  Hence, it is

Ordered

that the Consumer Complaint being No.13/2017 is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Let the copies of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
