Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

No step taken by the complainant today. None appears on behalf of the complainant during its call repeatedly.

One petitioner namely Arup Kumar Das is present.

On scrutiny of records, it appears that since 06.06.2023 the complainant was absent without steps. None appeared on behalf of the complainant. Therefore, on 16.02.2024, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for non-prosecution   and date is fixed on 06.05.2024 and 28.05.2024 .

Today , the complainant is also absent and no step is taken on her behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground of non-prosecution. 

Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being No.186/2018  be and the same is dismissed due to non-prosecution  against the complainant without any cost.

            The M.A. case being Nos. 92/2018 and 93/2018 are also disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
