            The instant case is fixed today for filing show cause by the Dhr.

            The Dhr is absent without any step.

No show cause filed.

The Jdr is present and files Advocate’s Hazira.

            In view of the above the case record is taken up for passing Order. It is seen from the case record that the Dhr being the complainant of CC Case No. 527/2013 files this Execution Application for Execution of the Order as passed in that CC Case dt. 19.08.2014.

It is further seen from the Order No. 20 dt. 09.01.2018 that the Jdrs had submitted that they have complied the Order and the Dhr is enjoying electricity and also filed a copy of receipt.

On that day the Dhr remained absent and therefore a direction was given upon the Dhr to file show cause as to why the case shall not be rejected due to his absence. Today also the Dhr remained absent and took no steps.

In view of the above we have no other alternative but to reject the case of the Dhr.

Hence

It is ordered that the EA. 58/2015 is rejected.
