            Ld. advocate of petitioner of this MA case is present. Ld. advocate of OP Nos. 4 to 6 of this MA case is present. Ld. advocate of OP Nos. 1 & 2 is present. MA case is taken up for hearing. Heard the Ld. advocate of respective parties in full. It is alleged by complainant by swearing an affidavit for the OP No. 3 namely Sri Dilip Mallick died on 31-05-2020 supported by an affidavit. Ld. advocate of other side did not raise any objection.

            In that view of the matter, the instant petition of the petitioner praying for substitution of the legal heirs of deceased OP No. 3 be substituted and thus instant MA case is disposed of.

            Result of this MA case depicted in original Complaint Case No. CC/145/2019.
