Today is fixed for filing show cause by the complainant.

No step taken by the complainant today. None appears on behalf of the complainant during its call repeatedly.

O.P  is absent.

On scrutiny of records, it appears that since 17.03.2020 the complainant was absent without steps. None appeared on behalf of the complainant. Therefore, on 08.04.2024, complainant was directed to show cause as to why the present complaint shall not be dismissed for default    and date was fixed on 29.04.2024, 06.05.2024 and 28.05.2024.

Today, the complainant is also absent and no step is taken on his behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint on the ground of default. 

Hence, it is

that the present Consumer Complaint being No.190/2018  be and the same is dismissed for default   against the complainant without any cost.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.
