                Complainant is present through his Lawyer and files Xrox Copy of the Hon’ble Apex Court decision reported in AIR 2007 Supreme Court, 1441.

                The case is taken up for admission hearing.

                Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant who submits that the complainant being seller is a consumer under the C.P. Act and he is a consumer under the C.P Act and he is entitled to relief against the purchaser of the land in dispute and refer the aforesaid decision.

                Having Heard the Ld. Advocate for the complainant and upon perusal of the decision we find that the facts of the case of the decision we find that the facts of the case of the decision are separate with the present case. So the complainant being seller does not come under the purview of the jurisdiction of consumer under the C.P. Act, 1986.

                Hence the complainants is not admitted and dismissed.
