Both parties are absent today. On perusal of the record it appears that the case is in the year 2016 and this case is going on evidence of the complainant as ex-party but the complaint has not filed any evidence like oral or documentary.Further it appears  on 07/07/2017 forum is directed to the complainant for producing the evidence as last chance but he failed.In the mean time after order date 07/07/2017 thrice time has been given to the complainant for producing the evidence but the complainant did not take any proper step in producing the evidence it means complainant has no interest in his case because the notice of this case is clear for maturity of F.D  in building status Pvt. Ltd who did not give the maturity amount in favour of the complainant hence this case is filed by the complainant but the complainant is not taking any step after filing this case. Under such circumstances discussed  above in absence of default of the complainant for evidence this case is hereby dismissed in default.
