Both party are absent today and nobody appear on behalf of the parties after several repeated calls.On perusal of the record it appears that case is files on 01/02/2016 for helping the information regarding maturity of the investment amount of Rs. 50,000/- vide serial No. 7200051,52.... To 61 in the branch of chaibasa of the company building and status pvt ltd. O.P on 15/03/2016 but the O.P did not appear up till now. Further it appears that complainant did not take any step from 29/07/2016 to till today. i.e 13/10/2017 which is more than one year. It means  complainant has no interest in this case and he has left his case. In this regard several time has been given to the complainant for taking proper step in his case but the complainant did not comply the direction of this forum nor he appear before in this forum nor his counsel.Further it appears their is no such documents in the record in support of his context mentioning complainant petition.
Under such circumstances discussed above this case is here by dismissed by default.
