Due to incomplete quorum to hear and decide consumer complaint cases, this record was not placed properly before the Ramgarh District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum/Commission. This apart the Forum/Commission Ramgarh had remained non - functional for a considerable span of time.

                            The case record is placed before us today.The complainant Jitendra Kumar is physically present before the Commission. It is informed that the dispute has been settled with the opposite parties and the complainant does not intend to proceed with this case.

                            The statement of complainant Jitendra Kumar  (C.W.-1) is recorded by us.

Perused the case record as well as the statement of complainant. Since the dispute has been settled, the consumer complainant has got no grievances against the opposite parties and the complainant himself prays to drop the proceeding, the proceeding of this consumer complaint case is hereby dropped.
