This case was filed on 19.10.2015, but a petition under SC 12C, of Consumer Protection Act. 1986, Was not filed with the complainant, therefore, prayer for time was made on several dates and thereafter it appears that the complainant started remaining absent since long even on notice dated 25.06.2022, Complainant did not appear today. Under the aforesaid reason, we find that complainant has got no interest in this case. Hence, this case stands dismissed.
